HOW PAYMENT WORKS

CClients may choose between our VA Membership Plan or Standard Service Rate.

Members pay a $4/month membership fee and enjoy a discounted service rate, while non-members are charged at standard rate.

A minimum of 10 service hours per month is required, and purchased hours may be used flexibly throughout the month.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the agreed work.

Enjoy more value with your subscription! For every 20 service hours purchased, you'll receive 2 additional hours freegiving you extra support at no extra cost.

If there revisions, corrections, or adjustments needed within the agreed scope of work, they will be accommodated accordingly to ensure client satisfaction.

3. If the service setup is not a good fit, subscription renewal is completely optional.
