What customization services do you offer?

We specialize in Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), Embroidery, Screen and Vinyl Printing, transforming your designs into high-quality apparel.

What products can be customized?

We print on premium blanks from different brands including t-shirts, hoodies, caps, pants, swimwear and more.

Is there a minimum quantity order requirement?

Can I request a sample before placing a full order?

Yes, we offer sample orders so you can assess the quality and design before committing to a larger order but a sample fee applies.

How do I place an order?

The fastest way to place an order is by filling out our Quote Form with all the important details. We’ll send you a quote within 24 hours. Once you approve it and make the deposit, we’ll get started on your order!

Can I see a mockup layout of my design before production?

Absolutely. We provide digital proofs for your approval to ensure the final product meets your expectations. We also do actual sample before proceeding to production.

Do you offer layout service if I don't have a design?

Yes, our design team can help bring your vision to life, even if you're starting from scratch.

Can you print on dark-colored materials?

Certainly. Our printing techniques are suitable for both light and dark fabrics, ensuring vibrant and lasting designs.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes of course, you can change till 2-3 business day after placing the order.

Do you keep designs for future reorders?

Yes, we archive your designs to facilitate easy and consistent reordering in the future.

Do you require a deposit or full payment upfront?

We typically require a 80% deposit to commence production, with the balance due upon completion.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Once clothes are printed they can't be cancelled and no refund. If clothes are not printed we will refund the customer except screen/film fee. While cutting/sewing clothes can be cancelled with 40% deductible from original amount.

What is your shipping method?

We offer UPS, USPS , FEDEX or pick up.
